Simple Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are evaluated case by case. If you have partially used your license slots, we will refund the unused portion.

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are processed through Paddle and take 5–10 business days.

Enterprise

Refund terms for Enterprise agreements are defined in the individual contract.
