By purchasing or using On-Chain-Unlock products you agree to these Terms of Service and to the OCU CoreSDK Proprietary License. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Per-device software licenses for OCU CoreSDK, a blockchain-based access control firmware library. The License Dashboard lets you manage license slots, device serials, and NFT collection IDs.
Licenses are sold in packs of 100 devices at $500 USD per pack. Early access pricing of $50 per pack (90% discount) is available for a limited quantity of 500,000 total devices. Each license is perpetual for the assigned device.
Standard licenses cover residential, SMB, and small-to-medium installations. Enterprise use cases requiring custom terms, volume pricing, or dedicated support require a separate agreement — contact us.
Dashboard access is authenticated via sr25519 cryptographic signature verified locally by the server. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost wallet access under any circumstances.
All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, taxes, and billing on our behalf. See our Refund Policy and Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Do not use the Software in sanctioned countries or as the sole access mechanism on emergency egress routes. Full restrictions are detailed in the CoreSDK License.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently invalidate licenses and dashboard access without refund in case of license violation — including reverse engineering, use in sanctioned countries, or any other breach of the CoreSDK License.
In case of a disputed chargeback, licenses associated with the order are suspended pending investigation and the customer is notified by email. If the chargeback is confirmed as fraudulent by Paddle, the licenses are permanently invalidated and the associated device keys are revoked without refund.
We may update these Terms at any time with reasonable prior notice communicated via email or through the License Dashboard. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the license fees you paid for the devices giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain.
